I love mango chutney, but I happened to end up with a box of fresh cranberries, so I decided to make some cranberry chutney. This recipe was simple, and the fragrance released while cooking it was heavenly. I probably would have used less vinegar (as others suggested). The consistency is also not as viscous as chutney usually is found. In any case, it was tasty with my chicken, and the rest has been placed in a jar for another time.
